According to me, Quantum University has something good to offer in the field of engineering. Quantum University provides excellent education and has the best placement record and it is one of the best private engineering universities in north India. if u want best it's IIT Roorkee of course but to get there you have to go through rally tough competition but other good colleges you can try in are Uttarakhand university,pantnagar university etc. best of luck
