All the colleges under Delhi University are well known and good, be it co-ed or women's. But, if you prefer women's college, there are several colleges like Miranda House, Daulat Ram, Lady Shri Ram, Indraprastha, Kamla Nehru, Gargi, Jesus and Mary, Maitreyi, etc.

Any college which has a decent ranking is good for anyone to study. But by "girl" if you mean women's colleges, Lady Shri Ram (LSR) would be my first preference because it is one the best colleges in India and the whole of Asia too.
