Dear Vanshika, Utkal Aerospace and Engineering is not working under any college and university. This college is directly approved by DGCA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India. The eligibility criteria for the course is fixed by central government, Ministry of Civil Aviation, DGCA. As per the
