Which college may I get for electronic engineering? The college should be in Maharashtra and should have the best campus.
I scored 70% in HSC and 56 in JEE Mains.

JEE Mains marks will not get you admission in any Engineering college in Maharashtra. For this you need to appear in MHTCET. However, if you are not able to score well, you can always get Admission in one of the private engineering college in management quota. Sahyadri, Bharati, MIT and VIT are some which have good campus in Pune.
