there is no such course as engineering with management ugc doesnot recognised this course
if you asking for Btech +MBA integrated degree then these are the options
1)IIT
2)Narseemonjee
3)University of Lucknow
4)Kurukshetra University
5)MDU rohtak
6)BITS
