    As per the internet search, the highest placements in Bihar are offered by the Indian Institute of Technology and the National Institute of Technology. But, if the area is not a constraint then I can suggest one of the private universities in Punjab which is offering the best placements to its graduates. It is Chandigarh University which has been accredited with NAAC A+ and has been ranked 77 in the NIRF ranking. Moreover, recently the university has also been awarded as University with the best placements by WCRC.     Hello Dear, I don't have much knowledge about Bihar but if you can study in Northern India you can go to Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University is the NAAC A+ university with NIRF ranking and offers the best placements in India and abroad.
