According to your ranks, the best premium CSE BTech colleges in india, you can aim for is VIT Vellore or VIT Chennai. Your JEE main rank of 45,136 places you in the tough middle band where the best govt. colleges like NIT/IIITs have all CSE out, and you have to look toward new IIITs or private colle
