Which college options are there for me, if I score 70 percentile in CAT? Which other exams are worthy to attempt for an average student?

If not CAT, then go for ATMA XAT MH-CET, CMAT TISS (if you are an engineering).

Then you can give other exams mentioned above except for TISS.

Yes, there are many good colleges for 70%. You may attempt for CMAT also many colleges consider CMAT scores for short listing. Colleges available are:- IMI Bhubaneswar IMI Kolkata IMT Nagpur IMT Hyderabad BIMTECH And many more.
