    In terms of academics, employment prospects, and research, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) are the two most significant and well-known universities in India. Whereas IISc prioritizes MS or M.Tech programs, IITs concentrate on BTech and M.Tech programs. With a steady NIRF ranking of one over an extended period, IISc is by far the best institute in India. Second place goes to IIT-Bombay and other IITs. According to the QS World, the Indian Institute of Science is one of the few Indian institutions ranked among the top 200 worldwide.

    Both Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) offer excellent programs in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
