D. J Sanghvi is well known for its reputation in universities abroad. The college guides you very well about MS and also various seminar sessions are held with respect to this topic.

See, your chances of pursuing MS totally depend on your efforts i.e your CGPA or graduation marks, your GRE score and TOEFL score, your CV, etc. So, the college has nothing to do with your dream.

D.J Sanghvi College of Engineering is a better college than CoEP(Pune) if all the factors listed by you are considered.
