Which college's faculty is better among CU and CGC, Landran for BE/B.Tech in CSE?

Well, CGC is a college and is affiliated to PTU But CU is a deemed University and over a short span of time has set its own standards. CU has become the youngest yet the fastest growing university in ASIA. In my opinion, The faculty at Chandigarh university, CU is better than CGC. The faculty here is well educated and qualified. They have the knowledge of the current market needs and aims to make the students an allrounder. CU should be a better choice looking at future markets. CGC Landran and CU Gharuan are both run by the same Chandigarh Educational Trust. CGC Landran is affiliated to PTU. With fixed scheme and academic policies. PTU does not offer any Foreign MOU. CU, Gharuan is a full fledged university with the same experience (in terms of time duration). But with freedom to have its own world class and futuristic curriculum. CU has MOU with more than 200 international universities for semester exchange and research. CU has recently started 1+3 and 2+2 degrees with the international partners where the student studies with CU for 1 or 2 year and then completes the rest of the degree with the international university of choice (with the student fulfilling all the norms of the international partner university) SO, you SEE CU emerges as a clear choice in the region for engineering degree. Both CU and CGC are good, however as LPU alumni, I would say LPU is BEST for CSE course. An Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. Students will develop competence in areas like programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing, etc. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related to algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software, etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware. 1 Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. DURING PANDEMIC THE PLACEMENT 20202021 Cloud ERA has offered 31 Lacs Per annum (CSE) DURING 20192020 CODE NATION = 31 LPA.

The faculty at Chandigarh University is well qualified and well reliable. Campus Placements for the session 2021-22 saw some big names such as Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, Flipkart recruiting engineering students from Chandigarh University. A record number of 3750 engineering students were selected during the campus placements in which more than 240 multinational companies participated. In total there was a jump of 30% in number of total companies visiting the CU campus for campus placements of engineering students while there was jump of 70% in the number of core branch companies which selected the fresh talent. Moreover the total number of offers made to the engineering students also saw a rise of 60% in comparison to last year. Of the total 240 Engineering sector companies, more than 290+ MNCs offered pay-package of more than 5 LPA while number of companies offering package of more than 10 LPA touched 70+ this year. It is notable that the highest package of Rs. 36 LPA was offered by TOP Company.
