Considering USA, the top schools are NYU, UC, MIT, Harvard and there are many more. You need to ask yourself what is the right fit for you. A big university or small college. Your finance has to be kept in mind as all names mentioned are expensive institutions both in terms of education fee n living expenses. You may consider scholarship, for which along with an overall strong profile of yours a good GRE score is required.
