Which college should I choose among Chandigarh Group of College and Chandigarh University?

Chandigarh University should be your 1st choice compared to Chandigarh Group of Colleges. Both are good. If you are getting any of one, go for it. Good luck! -

Both colleges are good in terms of placement, but I would suggest you to choose Chandigarh University, because it comes under top best universities, it's placement is very high. CU also have some tier up with foreign universities also. You will learn lots of things there. Infrastructure is quite well.
