Which college should I choose among Chetna and Welingkar?

Go for Welingkar. Its a better brand so a better platform.

If you are looking from placement point of view. You will get good packages in We-School. Even though you have got Rural placements are centralized so no need to worry. Also, there are specific companies which come for rural only with really good packages. So I would suggest you to go for Weschool.
