If you are live in Gujarat then you may consider Gujarat Technological University for engineering degree. I won't recommend Parul University. You can think of LPU but do check the placement record personally from the campus then take the decision.

All the universities are right at their places. But as a student of the LPU would like I mention that the LPU is a * of better. I already have the view factor of all universities. Rating, education, placement, epoch and infrastructure in each item LPU is better. If I speak an approximate score then LPU is below top one hundred between all personal and authorities university. As per my opinion and experience what I suggest is LPU is a better option as it is a well-known university especially for CCSE, because of their placements, exposure, infrastructure, facilities, and also faculty members their faculty members are all from IIT, NIT, IIIT. And most of them PhDs. Without any doubt, you'll get better exposure and placements there. LPU also provides placements classes in which students have trained holistically with the tight schedules of PEP classes. Students are given lots of placements material, training sessions, courses, for help and polishing their skills, students are also given free courses from geek for geeks, coding ninja, etc. Faculty members.
