Among the colleges you mentioned, Centennial and Conestoga have good ranking and even Lambton is popular. You can therefore choose among these three. No college will guarantee you a job. Please write to the colleges for the student outcomes and career assistance they offer as mentioned by Vikas Kaushik on the previous answer.
