Both of them is good. All India Institute of Medical Sciences Patna, previously Jaya Prakash Narayan All India Institute of Medical Sciences, is a medical college and medical research public institute located in Phulwari Sharif, Patna, Bihar, India. It is one of the Institutes of National Importance in India. Choosing AIIMS give you a great future. It is a dream college of many.

Both have its unique perks. MCK is one of those rare colleges in calcutta where student political involvement is minimal. You won't find any political party interfering with college procedures. It's a 180 year old college with a huge alumni network. Also, you will get state quota of 50% reservation ( unlike AIIMS. ). AIIMS Patna may be a new college but it's AIIMS. It will be great to apply for foreign colleges. Also centrally aided institutes are very well funded, having top notch infrastructure and recognised abroad. You won't get such infrastructure in MCK.
