1- NIT Trichy was established in the year 1964, whereas the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi was established in the year 1941.
2- Both universities are deemed universities.
3- Total fees in NIT Trichy are INR 6.25 Lacs (for 5 years), whereas total fees in SPA Delhi are INR 1.67 Lacs
