Which college should I choose for CSE among Thapar and USICT?

I will recommend that you opt for USICT over Tapar. It has a good track record.

My recommendations was based brand image placement records and personal knowadge. Please look at website of institute on list of companies where institutes grads are placed. It will help you to take appropriate decision.
