Congratulations on such great result, both the colleges are great and it's a hard choice in general, But I'll point some of the difference I know. IIIT Hyderabad, as you know is an International School so, it has an amazing ranking across the world, and it's only Private College in India to make to top 200 of QS ranking at a time. It's has Higher Fee structure than, NIT but With a 100% assurance you'll make more than your fees in a year after graduating from there, so don't consider that point.
