St. George College, Bangalore would provide a better environment than Chandigarh University for M.Sc in biotechnology. Since Bangalore is a hub for many biotechnology companies.

Yes Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue M.Sc Biotechnology, it has a great infratructure and great faculty members, and it has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies have visited campus this year.
