Which college should I chose for B.Tech mechanical?

I have got 93.63 percentile in JEE Mains I have got vit Vellore I have got mit manipal I have got mit Pune I have got kj Somaiya What should chose between them and should I wait for MHT CET where I am really not hoping good marks or should I just take one of these?
