If you are looking forward for pursuing CSE in LPU, it's a good option. Within the first year you'll get to learn number of basic courses with 2-3 programming languages. With the advancement of course you'll be learning numerous programming languages. In the third year SAP will be introduced in the curriculum. Limited number of Universities provide this course. Here in LPU, students will learn SAP for the entire third year providing them an edge. At the end of second year students get an option to choose one of seven different minors to pursue (IOT, Big Data, Web Development, Machine Learning, Android App Development, Data Science, and

LPU is one of the most prestigious and well-known private universities I am familiar with. They provide a wide range of programmes and courses from which to pick. LPU provides a diverse choice of technical and professional programs to assist students in achieving their professional goals. They offer co excellent trainers and instructors that give students with the best of their knowledge and expertise, giving them the opportunity to advance their careers to new heights. In addition, its placement cell is the best among other institutions in terms of placing students in prominent MNCs. Please visit LPU's official website for further inf

I would like to say that LPU would be the best place to pursue your CSE and engineering. As my brother has also done the same from LPU.
    1. Good Placements: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020.

Hi, In this techno-savvy world, every university is floating CSE as the demand is the highest but only a few universities provide quality education. Therefore, I would recommend LPU because LPU has ranked among top-100 in the Overall as well as University category by NIRF-2020 rankings. LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities globally as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021. Their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands, and company officials vet the syllabus. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they provid

RTU Kotak, LPU, College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE) Udaipur for computer Science and engineering are equally good. Based on my personal experience, I would like to recommend those who have valid and eligible JEE Main scores then they could go for Lovely Professional University that offers B.Tech in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. Some of the points why one must consider B.Tech from LPU.
    1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries.
    2. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campu

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Seat allotment during the LPU NEST counselling effectively takes place based on your merit (exam) rank, as well as the preferences you fill to course/specialisations while you log in to the portal for admissions after your results are out. After you log in to the counselling portal after the results go out, you need to honestly fill your choices of course/specialization. LPU will then look for which rank you are in the merit list, check availabilities, and allocate seats accordingly based on your previously chosen course/specialization seats and rank. The seat allotment process of counseling purely works on merit, so the students who s
