Which college should I go for civil engineering in Pune either Symbiosis Institute of technology or bharati vidhyapeeth?

I have scored 61 % in 12 th CBSE board and 34 percentile in JEE Main my father earns 15 Lacs rupees every year and I want a good faculty and standardised type of friends.
