The top colleges where you can apply for computer engineering are:
IIT's
UTM, Shillong
BIT's
Thappar, Patiala

One of the top colleges for computer science is UPES. A student can get admission in UPES even if he scored low marks in HSC. You need to qualify an entrance exam to get admission in UPES.
