Which college should I prefer and which stream should I choose? I have interest in computer science.
My MH-CET score is 130 marks and JEE Mains score is 140.

All top IITs and NITs offer CSE, but it is not easy to get admission in IITs and NITs. Since you are interested in CSE, you must make sure that you score extremely well in the competitive exams like JEE Mains, etc. CSE seats get filled in no time.
