Which college should I prefer as I have got 1932 rank in BJMC of IPU?

VIPS is the best college for BJMC in IPU. It has a good infrastructure, exposure and great faculty.
For you, with your rank, it won't be very difficult to get into VIPS. Just take care of at the time of counseling and if you get it don't miss it.
