Which college should I prefer for B.Tech in CSE among Chitkara University & JMIT, Radaur?

Dhruv, Both are decent in their own capacity, but not the best as CSE is highly sought after and has maximum opportunities among all the streams. But change is the only constant in computer engineering. LPU has adjusted dynamically to the continuous updations and changes in the industry. As an Educator I would compare the universities on following: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since it is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a program which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy forma the backbone of how the program is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well rounded professional. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the tech program must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel etc are must for any professional to succeed in career. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any tech program. Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc are given high importance in the organisations. The program must include the training or modules on all these. Diversity: As he world shrinks into a aligned economy, the professionals will be required to work in cross cultural teams having entirely different work culture and ethos, the national and international diversity of students in a college is helpful in enabling the students develop right sensibilities for such work atmosphere. Entrepreneurship : Even though most of the students go for jobs, the exposure to entrepreneurship is required. This helps the professionals know how the other departments and the profit center heads work, what are the expectations etc. The college must have innovation labs, design thinking and business incubator. Placements : The program is only means to the end ! And desired end of such course is a placement. You must check if the college/university has sold track record of placements or not. More than 700 companies visit LPU for placements and offer upto 42 LPA. So LPU has a clear edge over others. DVD.

Hi, Both the universities are doing equally good but here I would prefer recent NIRF rankings released by MHRD. But LPU is miles ahead than a mentioned name. Moreover, there are several reasons to opt LPU. # Curriculum is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. # Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more. # LPU provides pathway to opt that whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or entrepreneur. # In addition to it, the classes you have to attend regularly. # Best Teaching pedagogy is the key salient feature of Lpu. # LPU also provides the option of credit transfer and international exposure to its students. # Personality enhancement programs are one of best key factor of LPU to make their students completely ready for the industry. # Many top recruiters visit the LPU campus to employ graduates, such as Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms. I believe that Chitkara University is a good option for engineering as a student there. I feel this way personally for the following reasons: First and foremost, at Chitkara everyone takes prides on having a strong academic focus, which is made possible by a highly skilled faculty, cutting-edge teaching methods, and an extensive curriculum that prepares us for the demands of the business world. Provides a range of engineering specialisations as well, enabling students to customise their education to fit their interests. Additionally, I've noticed that they have strong industry contacts that can help you land better internship and jobs. Also professionals from a variety of businesses frequently visit the institution to give lectures and lead workshops for us. There are many prospects for research, and the institution has a strong culture of it, with a specialised research department and cutting-edge facilities. The chance to work on cutting-edge research projects and publish papers in reputable publications is available to students. The university's &quot;Strong Student Help&quot; system, which consists of devoted academic advisers, career services, and mental health support, is what I like the most. A variety of student clubs and organisations that support extracurricular activities and community involvement are also available at the university.

Both the Universities are good. But being an Alumni of LPU, I would prefer you to go for LPU for best placement. Lovely Professional University is a relatively new university which got an independent status as late as 2006. It is one of the fastest growing private universities in India, with excellent infrastructure and a very diverse study environment, which is well established and better in terms of overall performance, doing extraordinary in the field of development and advancement in various fields. It has got various accreditation like University Grants Commission (UGC), Association of Indian Universities (AIU), University Grants Commission - Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB), National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE), Council of Architecture (COA), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Bar Council of India (BCI), The Institution of Engineers (India), Institute of Town Planners, India (ITPI), The Indian Association of Physiotherapists for respective courses. First and foremost, the quality of teaching at Chitkara is pretty excellent, especially CSE (because I'm a CSE student, I know more about CSE). The laboratories of chitkara institutions are kept up nicely and are furnished with the latest technology. Teachers are highly qualified, approachable, and engaging. You must visit Chitkara Institution to SEE for yourself that it has one of the greatest infrastructures among its rivals. The university is very tidy and clean, the power backup is excellent, and the landscaping is well-kept. Environment and exposure: Chitkara has a positive campus climate, with pleasant, outgoing individuals. The institution also offers a huge selection of clubs and societies for your personal growth. The Happiness Club of Chitkara is a highly well-known club since it encourages interaction and getting to know your fellow students via everyday activities like group singing and dancing.

Chitkara is an amazing institute to get into. CSE is of the best courses of Chitkara with the highest number of placement record, the engineering department has ranked among the top leading colleges. Yes, anyone can apply for admission in Chitkara for CSE programme but the student must have passed class 12th with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. If you are eligible for the course, you have to go through a simple procedure to get your admission in Computer Science Engineering programme at Chitkara University. The classrooms of the institution are spacious, the labs are fitted with modern technology and the expenditure on the fees is quite ordinary. Unlike other schools, charging heavy amounts, Chitkara offers the course on a very affordable and worth amount. Experience of both, classroom as well as on field is provided to the students, apart from that, seminars, webinars, guest lectures are also organised for the students to get appropriate knowledge and learnings from professionals of the industry. Hi, JMIT is a very good university to pursue B.Tech CSE. It is a very famous university and it has very good faculty, infrastructure, good labs and the latest technology and excellent placement records.
