Which college should my son opt as his score in JEE Mains is 100?

His rank in VIT is 41,000 and in SRM his rank is 9,100. He scored 118 marks in MU OET. SRM counseling is on 12th May. VIT on 25th May. Manipal rank will be published on 26th May. He will appear in JEE Advance paper on 22nd and in BITSAT on 21st May. So, what should be his preparation strategy?
