    Among the three, if looking for placements IBS,Gurgaon is the best option. IILM has got decent campus with expensive fees. FIIB would be the last option to go for.

    IBS would be a better option as being there in the placement team of IBS I've seen pool campus placements where students come from these colleges to our campus for final recruitment. Moreover, IBS being a big brand with 44000+ alumni base makes it a huge community which helps in your career. Yes, IBS isn't AICTE approved but you can get an MBA degree from ICFAI University Dehradun by just filling a flexible learning form from any IBS campuses by November.
    Almost all government jobs require graduation but still, you have an option for MBA from Dehradun to qualify for admission in Ph.D courses.
