According to me, both the colleges are good. The only difference is the surrounding where these colleges are located. ABES EC has slightly better opportunities due to Delhi NCR. If you want to pursue B.Tech from UP then make sure you go for NCR region colleges such as AKGEC, ABES EC, JSS, etc.
