Many colleges under Delhi University are applicable for the 80-90%. But you have to select one of the course from the many courses provided by Delhi University under your interest of field. Yes, sure you can check the Delhi University page. 4th cut off is out many colleges under 80-90% are willing for English (H). You can go check out the cut off and take the college under your choice. If you want the colleges list, you can reply me back over here.
