For CSE, you can target for:-
1. VIT
2. UPES, Dehradun
3. UTM, Shillong
4. Thapar, Patiyala
5. ISMU, Dhanbad
6. DCE (DTU) / NSIT Delhi

I believe these colleges represent the best engineering colleges in India for CSE (listed in random order). Among these, UPES and UTM offers specialised CSE programs and have a number of specialisations to choose from and all in collaboration with IBM. Mostly colleges accept JEE and AIEEE score and some have their individual entrances as well like BITSAT (for BITs), UPESEAT (for UPES, UTM), SRMEEE, etc.
