    1- The IIHM Kolkata was established in the year of 1994 and the IHM Shimla was established in the year of 1984.
    2- The highest Salary offered by the IIHM Kolkata is INR 5.10 LPA and the Median Salary offered by the IHM Shimla is INR 2.70 LPA.
    3- The Total Fee of IIHM Kolkata for the B.A. Course is INR 5.86 Lacs (for 3 years) and the Total Fee of IHM Shimla for the B.Sc. Course is INR 3,20,700 Lacs (for 3 years).

    To be honest you should go for IHM instead of IIHM because of following reasons:
    IHM has good management and vise versa
    IHM is more recognised then IIHM
    IHM has more value in market then IIHM
    Spending 3 years in IHM will be worth because you will be getting a Bachelor in hotel management from IHM and Bachelor in tourism from IGNOU (distance learning), spending 3 years in IIHM will be worth less because they have a programme which is unrecognized i.e advance Diploma in hotel management, Bachelor of tourism from IGNOU (distance learning), and one optional distance learning from University of West London (which has no value in india). + Extr
