Which college will be better to pursue mechanical engineering among NIT, Agartala and IITRAM Ahmedabad?

IITRAM Ahmedabad, from a pure academic standpoint. Placements are a bit low considering only 1 batch of mechanical students have graduated, but that is bound to improve overtime.
