Which college will I get in counselling for MCA?
I got 23.5 marks in MCA CET 2018. My percentile is 37.5.

Unfortunately, your MCA CET percentile is a bit on the lower side. You might have to reappear for the CET exam to be eligible for top MCA colleges. There are over 1117 MCA colleges in India.
