Which college would be better for me to opt for B.Tech?
I have got 53 marks in JEE mains and will secure 85% in class 12th.

Since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in top Government institutes but don't worry there are some private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high
