Which college would be suitable for me? I have got 44 marks in JEE (OC category), 65k rank in VITEEE and 98.6% in IPE.

Hello Sai,
Do you really believe that you can get admission when you have scored about 33%? I suggest introspect to find what went wrong. If you can correct this then take break, study diligently and appear next year.
