Both the colleges are good but there is one thing that I like a lot about RIIM Pune is its induction programme. As my sister has studied from this college. She told me about the things she did in her induction programme. Induction programme of RIIM Pune is of 40 days in this 40 days they will give you brief idea about what you are going to do in your 2 years of MBA. This will also give you your shortcomings and how you have to make it your strengths. There are different management games organised which will help you to understand different aspects of management.

If looking in Pune I would prefer you to go in RIIM as they have there Employability programme which again very important for students to get the support for there placement are provided by RIIM only and having an Opp to go to IIM Indore campus and learn much about the programs. -

Both colleges are good, but in terms of placement performance, RIIM Pune is far better than PIBM or any other colleges in Pune as I said because of their placement performance over the years. Talking about In this year candidates get an average package around 6.5 to 7 lacs & with the highest of 14 lacs. In terms of fees there is huge difference between both colleges RIIM fee structure is very affordable for every candidates. 2. Location wise RIIM Pune is centrally located.
3. Affiliation to Pune University.
4. Lot of Certifications programme including a Certificate from IIM.
5. Fees is less as compared to PIBM which give you high ROI because average package of RIIM is 6-6.5 LPA and the highest is 14 LPA.

Both the colleges are good, but in my opinion, RIIM Pune is best bcs RIIM Pune has several recruiters like Capgemini, Paytm, Swiggy, CCD, ITC, Future Group, Pantaloons, Bose, Khadims, JK Tyre, Byju's, Amul, Oppo, etc. And many more top leading banks like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDBI, etc. And The average salary Is 6 to 6.5lac and the highest of 14.6lacs RIIM Pune is really best for overall development and confidence building off students.
