Which colleges are good to pursue B.Tech CSE as I have 55000 rank in JEE Mains?

My home state is Haryana and my IPU rank is 2251.

    YMCA University or DBCR University of Science and Technology will be good. You can also try Pantnagar University through UKTU counselling. Also, participate in JAC Chandigarh counselling. You will easily get UIET, Punjab University.
