Which colleges are good to take direct admission to pursue CSE if I haven't filled the JEE Mains form?

It will be better if you fill JEE Mains form because almost all colleges accept students with JEE result. You can take admission based on 12th result in some good college for CS in B.Tech.

I think, there are many colleges which give admission without any entrance but the reputation of such colleges is not so good. So, before taking admission in these type of colleges, please confirm all the details about college.
