Hi... JNTU offers part-time M.Tech programme in Hyderabad , so does Osmania university. My suggestion would to you would be to meet the DEAN of IT, JNTU, and discuss the topic and prospects if you want to do Phd at the same time you can find out the details of M.Tech also.
