I don't think you will find any college which will offer any combined degree in two different domains. But industrial and production engineering can be best for you because it contains technical knowledge as well as managerial one.

First, if you are combining two courses of different domains it will be a difficulty for you to switch. And there is scope in every course you do, all that is required is hard work.
