Which colleges can accept these marks along with an entrance exam in Tamil Nadu? I've got 52 marks in JEE Mains OBC-NCL category.

With this marks, you can't get a good college at all. You can only get any private college, which will take you a large amount of money. You can try in any college who only give admission on the basis of their entrance exam. You can try to get admission there. Good luck.
