Which colleges can I apply to? I have scored 232 marks and 4478 rank in JEE Mains paper 2 and 67% in 12th (CBSE).

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE paper 2 because above 300 marks are considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs or government colleges. So, there is no NIT available for you, so you should try for private colleges.

Yes, I have seen last year's cut-off. You are eligible for NIT Hamirpur, Patna and Raipur. There are some chances for you to get into one of these three colleges? All the best! This is what I can do to help you!
