Which colleges can I get admissioned for MS in networking in USA according to my profile ?

To do my MS in networking in USA.i have 3 yrs of work experience . B.E AGGREGATE - 59%, 2ND PUC - 85 % , 10TH aggregate - 85 %.I am yet to write my GRE and TOEFl. Kindly let me know if i would get admission in a good university at an affordable cost.
