Which colleges can I get after scoring 107 JEE rank in JEE Mains, 63500 rank in UPSEE, 376 rank 1941 and 108 rank in JEE advanced?

You should try IET or HBTI because your marks in JEE Advanced and main is not enough to get good NIT and IIT. Although you may try JAC Chandigarh counselling. You may get UIET Punjab University which is far better than lower NITs.

But in uiet I got bad branches like production chemical etc.
