Which colleges can I get after scoring 200+ in JEE paper 2? I am from ST category.

After scoring 200+ you have all possible chances to get top IITs and NITs. You can easily get branches like Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Electrical. You will get a good number of choices of branches and colleges to choose from.
