    Hi
Since your marks is very low it's near impossible to get CS in a government colleges .
But there are many private colleges who take admission to any branch considering just you marks.
You should check the list of different colleges which comes under JEE counselling. Then compare your rank with previous year cutoff for different colleges.

You won't be able to get any with at this score, even you won't be able to get a top ranking private college also with this score.

There is very less or no chance to get CSE in any government college, you should opt for private universities, however, wait till spot round counselling ends and then decide.

    Hello Hardeep,
With only 49 marks out of 360, and still wanting Admission in CSE. Actually you have almost no chance of admission in any college. But if want to pursue only Engineering then I suggest you take a break of one year, study hard and aim for scoring at least 300+ marks.
    Best wishes
