Which colleges can I get for CSE in Kolkata? I have got 20 marks in JEE and 58% in 12th from Bihar board.
I belong to SC category.

Since your marks is not so good and your JEE marks is also not so good. So, I will not suggest you to do B.Tech. For B.Tech, these marks are to0 less. Well, there are many other field which you can opt for.
